Every weekend the kids have a sleepover with their cousins. Sometimes we swap kids, Jake for Jamie or Hunter for Kaylee and sometimes we get both Hunter and Jamie. It is a real treat for everyone when they do come over. They are the most well behaved, easy going and polite children you will ever meet; and they keep my kids busy for hours on end! The boys have really got the girls into Legos lately. At first it was a Lego/Polly Pocket game, the boys would build this city and the girls would be Pollies and the boys would be Lego guys. Then Kaylee's birthday came and she finally got her own set of Legos, a pink Lego bucket. Now it's just Legos vs. Legos, boys against girls.
When the four of them get together the things they create amaze me. They build houses with bunk beds, movie theater sized TV for their Lego people. They build places for their horses, dinning room tables and chairs, writing desks, boats with cooking facilities, the Legos live a posh life in the Edson home...
