A few weeks ago I bought the smallest pack of diapers I could buy and made a goal to not buy Spencer anymore diapers. That forced me to start potty training. Well for over a week he has been without a diaper at nap time and has only had one little accident. I have been putting them on him at night and 90% of the time he wakes up dry but I haven't made the 'no diapers at night' plunge. Two days ago I told Mike we have 2 diapers left, how long can those last me (if Spence doesn't pee in the diaper I save it. I'm cheap I know!) Well last night we hit a new mile stone...Spencer woke up at 1:20 am because he had to go potty. I took him potty, he did his business and went back to sleep. I think we're good! I think I will save that last diaper for baby Edson :)!
Next task...big boy bed!

Good job Kelli. I am getting inspired from you and going to PT Katie next week after Noah's baptism. I've been thinking about a big girl bed too.
