So my new favorite thing (besides Picasa 3 and these cool collages) is canning. We made applesauce which the kids love. I already went through a few jars. They loved helping me too. Then I made mock raspberry jam out of green tomatoes...yeah weird huh, but we loved it. I also canned pears and pickles. We haven't tried either of those yet but we will soon. The pickles wont be ready till Thanksgiving. Canning has always scared me, or I guess it was just a little intimidating but now that I know how...it's easy stuff...and fun!
