And a surprise it was. The kids were so happy to see their friends. It was last summer when we saw them last, they came out to Oregon. Kaylee and Naomi were the most excited of anyone! Those two soul mates didn't want to let go of each other. I heard Kaylee say at least once, "I'm never going to let go!" What a great place to be with your BFF. Here is the gang minus the babies. Kaylee, Naomi, Spencer, Azer, Jake and Tal...And some random girl in the background!

BFF's
Tuesday afternoon our good friends the Whites showed up at Disneyland. They spent the rest of the week with us there. We didn't tell the kids, we wanted it to be a surprise...
Have your kids ever had more fun with the boxes their toys came in than the toys themselves? Well there weren't toys in these boxes, it was their dinner and the boxes were definitely better than the food inside! After the boys finished their dinner, the boxes/hats went on and the battles began. They had a blast with these...weird kids!
Here is the gang at Mr. Toads, Aaahhhhhh...!
This is my favorite picture. The boys were just climbing on the railing, being boys and along came Woody and joined them. Jake's all time favorite movie as a little guy was Toy Story. He would carry the DVD with him all over the house and ask to watch it..."Toy Tory, Toy Tory" he would say. I got so sick of watching 'Toy Tory' that I finally bought a little 12 inch TV to put upstairs out of my ear shot. I finally had to make a rule that he was only allowed to watch it once a day...that was hard to enforce!!
Here is Mickey and the gang, Spencer's favorite! After the picture Spencer didn't want to leave, Kaylee had to drag him away. He wanted hugs and then he wanted to give him five...and then a hug...and then five...
We took lots of snack stops...those darn kids are always hungry!
I am so happy that we get to take the kids on fun vacations. I hope they remember all these happy times as I do!
